We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, business details) and information you enter while using Gauge (clients, jobs, expenses, mileage). We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed by Stripe.
Your data is used solely to provide the Gauge service — powering your dashboard, reports, AI advisor, and billing features. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase for database, OpenAI for AI features, Stripe for billing).
Your data is stored securely on Supabase with row-level security policies ensuring each user can only access their own data. All connections use HTTPS encryption.
The AI business advisor sends your questions to OpenAI's API to generate responses. Business context may be included in these requests to personalize advice. OpenAI's data usage policies apply.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@usegauge.org.
